Silkyi Events, a Toronto based wedding planning service, was born from my passion to blend my expertise in event management at luxury hotels with building something uniquely my own. I wanted my creativity to flourish by playing a key role in making each celebration as special and memorable as the couple it is for. My goal is to make the wedding planning process enjoyable and seamless, while ensuring your wedding day truly reflects your personal vision and style. The name Silkyi Events comes from combining the smooth silk textiles often used in the wedding industry with my Chinese name ‘皚’ (pronounced yee).
